• All the art in our website at present are prints, they are not paintings. They are art designed by talented designers & artists which is then printed on our fine art media.

• On selecting the Rolled option, please note that the art will NOT come ready to hang. It will come rolled in our tubes, this will allow you to frame the art locally. (You would only be able to use our art framed and we would recommend not using it just as is)
  

• On ordering Canvas prints rolled they will come rolled in our tubes with 0.5 inches that will allow for regular framing. You will not be able to gallery wrap these prints without loosing some part of the art. Please whatsapp us at +91-7358792364 if you would like to order canvas prints rolled with extra fabric to stretch behind a wooden frame ( Otherwise known as gallery wrapping)

• GST Credit Reminder: Please ensure to add your GST Number at checkout to claim GST credit. Once the order is confirmed, we cannot add or edit the billing details.

• There are some prints where the artists have added a texture on the print to give it a realistic touch,  please do view the product image properly before purchasing to be aware of the same or you can always Whatsapp us on +91-7358792364 to double check the prints you would like to purchase.

• If you are purchasing custom maps, please allow 24-36 hours for us to create and share the same with you via. WhatsApp ( We will use the number given in your billing address (shipping address if both the shipping and billing address are the same).

Currently we only ship to Most parts in India, check if we deliver to your area by entering your zip code on checkout.

It takes 3-5 business days to process all orders including multiple quality checks. After which they are immediately dispatched* from our warehouse & you will receive a tracking link to your registered Email which would give the exact date the prints would reach your doorstep.

*Transit times vary according to the location and Pin-code serviceability but please allow for up-to 7-10 days at max after processing. While we will try to ship out your prints immediately, once it leaves the warehouse the transit times are unfortunately out of our control as we do not have a native logistics service and rely on 3rd party partners (Fedex, Delhivery etc..) .

Please note that all our prints are made to order & created only once your order is placed, this is to ensure only the best quality for your prints. But because of this we take a bit longer to have your prints ready and delivered to you. Please bear with us while we get your prints ready. If your order is time sensitive please whatsapp us at +91-7358792364 to check if we can deliver within that timeline.

PLEASE NOTE 

- Map Prints take longer to process as we have to get the mockup ready for your perusal (and the same for every change you'd like on the original mockup) and only once you confirm will we go ahead with printing and framing your prints.

- Shipping times maybe delayed due to COVID & the many restrictions that have been placed on shipping & transport because of it. But rest assured that we will do everything in our power to get you your art as fast as possible. 

- Due to certain shipping restrictions, if you order multiple framed products, it might be shipped separately with different tracking codes.

 A lot of care & effort goes into preparing your art and getting it delivered to you safely and securely. Please Note that each art is made to order, which means we start working on your art after you place your order. Due to this reason we offer returns / refunds only on special cases (Please read below for more)

Cancellation:

However if you wish to cancel your order, please do so within 2 hours of placing your order. After 2 hours, we will go ahead and start processing your order. 

Return / Refund:

If by chance you happen to receive a damaged product please contact us within 48 hours and we will initiate a refund/exchange*.

*Please provide the following information while submitting your claim:

- Proof of damage

- Order Number 

*All returns will only be accepted in unused condition in original packaging.
